My lack of LC2 knowledge proceeds me of course, and here is another thing I just dont know... but Im hoping I will know soon cos I know there are LC2 experts out there! So.... Does anyone have pics of how this foam strip was fitted to OEM cowlings? I assume its fitted along the cowl edge (and not the screen) but I'd like to be exactly sure before I go sticking it in place. Ta!

Just checked back and can't find a pic
Yes it goes on the fairing, not on the screen
It overlaps the 2 brackets on either side
Best way is to fit the bottom pin and hinge it into place to see
The foam sits where the outer rim of the kidney clock front edge meets the fairing to fill the gap

Correct Stops rubbing and fills the gap Steve I wonder why they didnt just fit the foam strip to the clocks? Do you think the sticky doesnt, er, stick to the more nylon'y type of plastic?

True, it could have been stuck to the clocks then placement wouldn't be a problem lol
Set off clock I was watching on ebay had the strip there
