Hi, I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but being a newbie on this, here goes: I have been thinking about upgrading the front end on my 4l0 and was recently offered an YZF600R very cheap. Does anyone here know if I can use the front end on my 4l0? Regards, Smoke

Fzr and r6 have been down so would think it is doable
How much work is needed is another
Turning circle may also be vastly reduced if the yokes don't have a lot of offset (distance from centre of yoke stem to centre of fork hole)
May need a stem swap
Biggest negative for me if we are talking thundercat is the MAHOOSIVE front muddy 😆

Also bear in mind you will have to find a matching rear end.

Hi, Many thanks for your replies! I will try another, more well-proven approach for this. Maybe just 31k front end. Regards, Smoke

I've got nearly R6 front end on my 4LO and I like it a lot. I have used it with the standard yokes (modified to fit) which I like best, but as Steve said you have limited steering movement. This was also ok for certain classic demos as they ask you to limit the movement if it's a road bike. Currently the bike has a set of yokes made by sponden440 from this forum. With this set up I have full lock with clip ons. I get lots of remarks about how nice the top yoke is. I do prefer the standard R6 yokes and clip ons just for the riding position, but the steering is limited. Below is the standard R6 front end.
This is a picture with the forum members yokes which you can order from him on this forum.

I swapped the stem over on the yokes. Ok. What about you rear end. Also R6? Looks great! Smoke
