My EBay "350LC" cylinder head arrived today.
it is a 250 head.
Before I demand a full refund and return it, can a 250 head be machined to suit a 350 ?
There appears to be plenty of metal available ?
Just found my answer on this forum, its a yes.
Need to discuss price with seller now.
Paid £99 for a "350" head with light damage to one chamber, anyone any views on how fair this price is now its a 250 head ?

250 not so sought after, so a lot lot cheaper, major price reduction or refund
I'd haggle for the cost of reprofiling myself plus a bit for your trouble.

As you've said, the can be reprofiled for 4L0 use. I've had it done, using a250 head that was in a right state. Was 25ukp on ebay, so much cheaper. Definitely worth going back to seller on price.

Simon Wells (Simon5) used to get 250 heads reprofiled as 350. Will ask him if he still does them and get a price.
