Tracey's 350LC has original (80's) large can Allspeeds and they are stamped around the very end of the end can.

Will take a photo tomorrow, but mine go round the end of the can . Says genuine allspeeds and some of the letters (I think it's the e's) are slanted so not easy to stamp any old can. Mine are large cans, don't know if small cans differ.

The ones in the pics I bought new in mid 90's. No idea if that narrows down who made them.

I bought my small can chrome Allspeeds from M&P in 1986 for my 400e. They had no stampings on the end cans. I think all the large can pipes were stamped though. I don't remember the large can pipes being available in the mid 80's ? Maybe the stampings were introduced when the newer design was debuted ?

Apart from the makers name, I doubt there was any reason to have any other stampings on the end can in the 80's, no BS#### or noise regs to worry about.
