Hello
Hope someone can advise please. Had my rgv vj22 braced arm back from nk racing which is all good.
Fitted the bearings into the swingarm but the bushes seem very very tight going into the bearing. Is this right ? They pushed into the bearing when it wasn’t in the swingarm not a problem but in the swingarm not a chance.. feels like I have gotta hammer them in which feels very wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a VJ22 with the banana arm. Recently replaced all the bushes and needle bearings and did not have this problem.
It seems that something is not right with yours, any chance you deformed the bearings on installation?

They should just slip in
Did you wind them in with washers and threaded rod or tap them in
Tapping in can deform them

Tapping usually reforms the ends I'm afraid and causes your problem
