Just in case anybody else comes across this
I had some nos parts on ebay last week. Listed as no international shipping so UK buyers only
Certainly didn't want something coming back to bite me 2 months down the line once they eventually arrived
Few q's from Malaysian buyers but I said no
Item ends, looks at the winning bidder and guess what...
...registered in Malaysia
Messages asking if he has a UK address as I'm not posting abroad
Yes he says and pays 24 hours later
I check the address and it looks like a mailing address
I Google it and it's a company called Forward2me
EBay are losing UK accounts and verifying this address
Hopefully all will be ok
Steve

I had this and cancelled the sale. I lost the PayPal fees, so cost me about £6 for f00k all! Tw4ts.
I now put a message in all my sales saying anyone trying to buy using a shipping agent will get their order cancelled!

Sold ypvs barrels about 10 years ago, think they went to third highest bidder. The second didn’t want them but the highest bidder was from Brazil who thought I would do free postage which was something like 80 quid. eBay is a necessary evil, too many tossers.

Well, I'm in Malta and have used forwarding agents many times. They charge a lot less than normal post or couriers, that's why I use them. The service may be slower, but it's reliable. So if someone receives a bid and the address says Shiplowcost or Sendon or something like that, it's safe as some members of this forum already know.
