Warning light has come on on my Mk2 125lc. Two stroke oil tank is full so definitely not low on oil. When I unplug the sender the light goes out. Had a spare so tried that one but still the same. Got a second hand one from Norbo but light still comes on. Have checked the wiring and all seems ok. Does anyone have any ideas. Also, how do you test the sensor, I assume it is just a float switch.
Thanks
Graeme

Not sure if a 125 is any different but if that’s in neutral and the oil light is on , try it in gear , does it go out then? Put it back in neutral, comes on again? It’s meant to do that it tests the bulb so you know it’s working ok.

as said above, should be on when in neutral and yes it is just a float switch
