Ive got a bunch of top triples, some came with bar clamps, some didnt. some were 4L0, some were LC2... some were from something else entirely I reckon.
Anyway, on each there is a small arrow, one some its closer to the middle and some are closer to the front bolt. Which is right for the LC and LC2?

The LC part number supersedes, so there must be an early and a later version. 4H7-23441-00-98 to 4H7-23441-01-98. The LC2/31K also had the same original part number which superseded.

Jon it is actually quite interesting but now you’ve highlighted it you just know it’s going to become a thing and only the correct one will do for a period rebuild. I’m off to check out if I’m sat on a retirement fund in my garage shortly. 👍
