I have an zeeltronic VCDI piggy back unit on one of the LCs, been on there at least 6 years with no issue. This spring the bike had no spark.
Since the zeels are known to be a fix for old electronics, I tested everything else first. Everything checked out. I removed the VCDI and voila, spark.
Anyone else had one fail? I have emailed borut to see how to test, but haven’t heard back yet.

I had one that played up when warm, but never looked into getting it fixed, as I already had a spare one.

Borut is usually good at getting them fixed when sent back.

He told me there is no way to test it. He offered to sell me a new one.
