Hi all,
Has anyone else had an email from Paypal saying that VJMC has cancelled automatic payments? I pay my VJMC membership annually through Paypal for the purpose of my classic insurance policy.

I had a message a few weeks ago saying they were changing to a new membership payment system, so maybe related to that. Check on their website...

Yes, I got an email saying the same. I’ll have to chase them up as it’s a condition of my insurance as well.

Got the same, but I don't do auto payments.. for anything.

Hopefully you are now aware that we are moving across to a new administration system, powered by LoveAdmin. In the long term it will help us to manage the growing membership of the club. In the short term we have a lot of hard work ahead of us to set up the system.
One the changes we have to make is to those of you who currently pay by a Paypal Recurring Payment. Unfortunately we are not able to transfer those payments across to the new system, so we are having to cancel them all from Paypal. Some of you have already received a confirmation from Paypal that this has been done and the rest will be receiving confirmation over the coming weeks as we cancel each payment.
When you are due to renew your membership you will be sent an email inviting you to logon to the new system where you will be able to update your details and pay for your membership. You can either pay a one-off payment or set up a new Direct Debit.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, but we hope that it will greatly help the club move forward now and in the future.
