My latest problem with my RG is it would only run on cylinders 2 and 3 which is the left bank ,so it had to be fuel it turns out my very expensive ceramic ball type needle valves stick closed which doesn’t allow any fuel into the carbs to free the ball I had to push the ball off the seat with a small Allen key but it sticks every time and I can’t blow through it .anyone had this ?

The non return valves of oil pump are also sensitive. Sometimes they do not close good enough. Cleaning the seat resolves this. In your case the seat is probably brass. With some valve paste or tooth paste you can slightly smoothing the seat. With some heat glue you can stick an dremel axle to it.

You can’t remove the balls to access the seat

Often 'new and improved' isn't despite brochure babbles. Life 101 :-) With ordinary stoopid Valves one can reform (rehabilitate) the valve seat by tapping on the steel ball with a drift.. deforming the brass seat edges into a decent sealing surface. Too easy tho.

Too easy tho. On a normal bike you can do this, On the b*****d RG carbs this doesn't work, They are a b*****d to seal, Even new genuine ones leak in a few weeks,
