I agree with Mick, curved to aim the noise down will help the db. but from these two the internal chamfer looks classier.
Im interested in the large can design Dave, Ive been building up a set myself for a while now, im waiting to have them welded at the mo.

2 for me, internal diameter all being equal, the shorter the pipes the better looks wise.
