In case you want to hear one Lovely π Steve I went to PS Tuning today to meet up with Marrcel as he wanted Pieter to check his carburation and engine settings on the dyno there. After Marrcel was finnished a GT750 went onto the dyno. Crikey it made the bike from Marrcel sound like a church mouse. i was standing outside the dyno room with my ear defenders on. It was its first dyno run on a newly rebuilt engine. It pushed out 100PK and 100n/m at 8000 rpm. The only thing that came to mind was the word BEAST. It was rebuilt/tuned in the UK all three pipes were on one side, similar looking to a TZ750. It also had a dry clutch.

That's what I'm hoping for power wise π
I'm hoping I won't need the dry clutch. Hopefully with a GS 750 set up it will handle it
Veg, you ain't wrong. Barrel and head work should be Β£2k π°
Then there is the NOVA close ratio gears π±

Yeesss Steve. If your gonna go, go big!! It's certainly going to be BIG I took the frame out its winter bag and sat it next to the engine Holy fook the frame looks tiny compared to the engine I was surprised the work that is done on an "old" engine Barrel is o ringed and pinned to locate the head. The head is machined out and domes fitted to get a decent squish band Gearbox ain't too bad. New shaft and different first and fifth gears Can't wait to get into it but I'll just have to, got too much other stuff in the way just now Steve

There was smoke every where i left the room because of that and the noise.

It will be getting sent away for checking regardless Think it's about Β£150 just to get the seals changed It needs split as doesn't use lab seals. There is a rubber oil seal between each cylinder. Probably rude to not go the full hog while it's apart In saying that they are way over engineered. Probably lying not used is doing the worst harm Steve

That bike i saw Saturday wasn't a GT 750 it was an all original TR 750 with new carbs and dry clutch. It did have Suzuki written on it so being uninitiated i thought it was a GT

Very nice π, thanks for posting
Was looking at the Mag stuff bdk sell
I'd love to go the full hog and go dry clutch with Mag case but Β£3.5k π±
Can also get bits to remove a fair bit of width by losing the RH timing end and if you ditch the starter motor you can use an RGV flywheel and stator and Mag case
I could easily spend Β£10k on the motor which ain't happening π
