Got to ask what rear reservoir have you used? if it is a hrc type tube make sure the tube doesn't end up being hydroscopic, the last 2 i have had i had to replace the hose because of it and they were bought from reputable suppliers.

I took the sound advise from the people on here who know far more than my little bit and stripped the whole bike and now feel quite satisfied that it will be safe now... not so sure about the old dodgy rider though! 😜😜

I am not sure what reservoir it is, it was on the bike when I got it, thanks for the heads up I will have to monitor it and see how it goes . Steve m

Doing a fine job so far, one observation though.... have you tried the fork travel (side to side) with a tank fitted, as I'm sure I had to reweld the tabs on the headstock, or move the posts on the bottom yoke to stop the forks hitting the tank?? Might have missed it in an earlier post??

Hi all fitted a new cringe chain the thinnest one I could get when I fitted I still had real trouble clearing the rear tyre so I took a gamble and bought a new sprocket carrier this one is thicker so assume the old one had been machined down for some reason now at last all is good.

Have you tried your side stand yet? Rear sets and the standard side stand generally don’t mix, the stand interferes with the gear change. Had loads of problems with mine and it still isn’t right. Clocks look good I fitted koso clocks into std cases.
