is that correct 59bhp for a f1 ? and is that at the crank?

That was the claim,only the N2-F2 claimed more at 63bhp

yes, crank power, a good one tends to do approx 50/52bhp at the rear, but a lot do around the 48bhp in stock trim

The magazines from back in the day used to give 46-48 bhp for the YPVS at the back wheel after dyno tests. The claims in the glossy brochures from the manufacturers will always be at the crank.

My N2 was put on Mutts's Dyno and he got 57.4 BHP out of it. Standard carbs, TSA pipes and 1mm overbore. It does go well once wound open. Top bloke is Mutts as we all know.
