Yes, that seat is way too small! You need something with more volume to it!

I would fit some mirrors, as don't fancy an attack from the rear by the feds!

Keep em coming, this was my first hybrid build in 2004/5? I was never happy with it and sold it not long after building it. I am not a fan of rgv hybrids the swing arm is too long it didn't handle particularly well, it was blue because it matched the paintwork, it was a 250 because i wanted it as a street sleeper (actually because i couldnt afford to get it repainted) and i got a lot of money for it at the time, think i sold it for £3000.

Trying REALLY hard now.
Bar ends? Where the hell are they? Or at least get proper grips...
Sorry, that's the best I can do. I like that bike a lot. And crap handling just makes you a better rider...

Same here really, even the blue adjusters ain't a big deal to me, like using a tyre art pen, that's what most did back in the day, a little something to make your bike individual shall we say. Any LC is better than no LC I say, the question is, what does this one look like now??

Its Good to see your taste has matured. The TZ powered 4LO is a great looking bike. Btw what's happening with it?

Need to get my arse into gear and get it registered, use it at the Manx/classic tt then come winter pull it apart get some 38 mm marzocchis 5spoke campagnolo twin tz discs get swing arm altered or replaced with tz lookalike and twin anti dive.

I am not a fan of rgv hybrids the swing arm is too long I think the RGV arm really spoils the look of RDs - wheelbase far too long, rear wheel too close to mudguard and number plate. And yet it appears to have been by far the most popular hybrid conversion over the years .. each to their own!

Having built one mark I completely agree there weren’t that many around 15yrs ago today lots and yet it deffo spoils the handling and just doesn’t look right as you say kind of like a drag bike Lc

The forks make it look like a supermodel that has bingo wings.

I've got a TZ swing arm mounted in my RD. It keeps the original wheel base and ride height.

Yep Tony your TZ arm looks spot on and in great proportions with the R6 forks.

Tony which model tz was it? I'm not sure it's for a 350. Personally I think the forks look a tad too thick. No complaints from me on how it behaves.

If it was up to me I would put back to standard as think the hybrid just don’t look right
Always looks to long low ect
Bike was not ment to be like this so why change
This is my opinion so please don’t slate me

Pete the whole point of this is to slate the bike no offence taken I built it 15yrs ago and sold it on and I agree with what you’re saying

No problem mate I just like standard but a nice set of pipes won’t go a miss as a easy change back if needed
