Got a chrome chain guard and trying to stop the major clang of the chain hitting to underside! Trying to se if anyone has tried a tested method. Know it seams a bit sad asking such a trivial question but I don’t want to do anything that could be ripped off and jam in the chain!
Don’t really want to drill through the top etc so anyone solved this appreciate any advice
Thanks

Hi Bossy, could you elongate the mounting holes on the guard to raise it a millimeter or two and keep on top of the tension, should work, but you may need some stainless washers to cover the holes? Andy.

Thanks probably only option. Was hoping for a fix that avoided this but perhaps the most safe option
