After some advice please I have the chance to purchase an f1 genuine all original with 10k on the clock the bike is mint. It is from Austria so will need registering. Was the Austrian restricted in any way. Do you see any problems with it . It has all had new seal, brakes engine Chechen, carb internals replaced etc...

I have a Austrian 31k and its the same spec as a uk one except it has reflectors on the fairing, a different steering lock and headlight glass, its not restricted like the German ones. I remember asking the same question as you when I got mine.

The f1's all had the steering lock on the headstock
Just the UK ones had one on the ignition switch too
I've had an Austrian LC2 and just the same as a Euro model
Only really the German ones that were restricted
From memory the frame number should start 31k 055 or 056
Got a nice UK F1 matching frame cases awaiting a build myself 😉

So you’re either a scouser and the engine is poultry powered. Or it’s not from Austria and it’s a Russian federation bike? Oh and welcome 👍
