I've used it before and it's still been sprayable from the can the next day, once sprayed on a panel etc, anywhere from 1/2 hour dependant on conditions and temp. I don't use it much though, so not a pro sprayer

Hope you are not using it without an air feed mask.

If it’s an aerosol put it somewhere cold.

Yep, just about ok the next day. Use with a proper orgainc compound mask with plenty of ventilation. Even then it's a bit dodgy.
Good stuff though!

Hope you are not using it without an air feed mask. Not me, after reading several horror stories, went and bought an air fed hood. Not cheap but health comes first nowadays

Agree, Ive read and been told the stories. One bloke at the local paint shop test sprayed a dot of paint outside the front door of the shop to see if the colour match was good. Dropped down and was rushed to hospital and nearly died. Seems everyone reacts differently to this stuff, some people are more susceptible than others etc. Be careful... a mask isnt cheap but it could save your life.

Ordered a mask There’s nothing alarming written on the can! Just the usual warning

once mixed, it's already starting to cure, even if it's still sprayable. the 2 hour quoted wind gives the best results. It's not an air drying coating obviously, so the chemical reaction has started. visit the website and read the instructions and the precautions. Air fed mask is best but a good corruptly rated filter mask is ok from experience. Ensure plenty of ventilation if not spraying outside.

Dunno NO bike painting project is worth risking that type of death. IMO..Better to pay someone, properly equipped and with the skills to use catalysed paints.

My local pro painter uses an acrylic lacquer that is petrol resistant. He stopped short of telling me which one it is though
