Good question Considering a set too Steve well let me know as I've just got them on with a couple of sets now, so if anymore are needed it is easier to do several sets then at individual times, means turn around time is quicker as well

Yeah, getting there thanks, mobile now and able to do small bits and bobs, no heavy lifting or anything, planning at the moment to be booking jobs in W/C 20th May all being well, I'll post up nearer the time, but that's my current thinking, assuming I get the all clear from the hospital

Dusty um, your not the first to say that Dusty, I am a bit paranoid about it though as no idea what to expect, or how it should be, never had surgery etc before so its all a bit new this being cut open and healing lark, had plenty of injuries in the past, but nowt like this

You'll be fine mate, just dont over do it. Lifting and stretching/twisting are the things you need to be careful of. I was back working at the Fire station exactly 6 weeks after mine, but had to be careful how I did things for a bit. Think before you "do" ๐

Don't rush back Dave, I know its easy for me to say that, you being self employed, and lots of folks wanting your expertise, but health comes first, bikes can wait, and hopefully your bank manager is understanding!

Scar tissue caused problems for me after back surgery 10 years ago, all good now though.
