I adjusted the ypvs cables on the cleaning cycle. Ingition on and then turn it off at max open. When it is max open the 4mm drill bit method at the pulley. The next thing i will do is to take a video of the pulley while revving it. Or is there a test in the program to set the valve wide open? Dccdi1race btw.

Isnt there a test signal in the ignitech software? Or shall i make a test file my self. Setting it to 2,4V for all rpms?

And how do you know if pv is fully open at the upper rpms? File can be ok but hardware can differ.

Because during the clean cycle the pulley goes to max position so if adjusted to line up it should be fine at max rev setting
Easy to rev the fits off it and check it opens fully

No idea if Igni device differs from zeel gizmo. Few things I learned: a) the 4mm drill bit is only 'sorta' accurate. Don't rely on it. B) Oem cleaning cycle ends with the PV valve fully open. c) I used my finger to feel where the valve is at fully open and at fully closed ( Base point info ) You have a better way? Have at it then d) Zeel can be adjusted for end points (numerically) .. as delivered IMO endpoint setup not universally applicable, as each motor has PV gizmo tolerance variances.. many.. precluding any accuracy assurance in this. Also I chose to Reset endpoints... so end of cleaning cycle = fully closed PV's because I could, no more/ no less. Also I've discovered that MY engine gives Max thrills when the PV's are 100% Open by 6 k rpms... with Zero misfirings or stumbles from WOT from 3k. In real life Each engine is different..as they are by now far from production standard uniformity :-) Can the igni gizmo read off/display the PV point /position at rpms?.. assuming you have the numerical valve position info ?
