Is this as far in as this one goes? It’s the one behind the cable wheel (l/h side) Phil

The bush should sit flush with the face the pulley bolts to
The lh bush is thicker than the inner ones so looks like the wrong bush is fitted

Thanks Steve, I bought the bushes from Norbo, I got three the same! So it’s not right then. I’ll drop him a line.

Should also say the lh bush does not usually wear so if you have the old one....

Yes I have, it measures 17.3 inside, so will try it. I guess it’s this one?

Any tricks for getting the new one out with barrels on?

Maybe some super glue on a small dowel or two if you greased them they should slip right out

Pull the castle seal out and try and get a grip on the inner face with some circlip pliers
Check the new inner size with the old one

So while we are on the subject. The cables I got are both the same, I’m sure I saw a genuine one with an adjuster in the actual cable rather then just on the pulley end, so are there right?

They are right
Even the genuine cables have the same part number
It was my cables from mutts that had adjusters in the middle

Cool, that’s great, thanks Steve. They do seem short, one is quite tight once it’s in place. But I guess it’ll be ok.

Looking good Phil. Glad you brought this up as I have new bushes to fit when the cylinders come back. I'll look out for this1
