Anyone successfully got a factory finish on their 4L0 footrest hangers and lower fork legs? If so what process did you follow? Thanks

Hi, Assuming you’re after a standard look?, I used red scotchbrite on my lower fork legs, it gives the ‘factory, brushed’ appearance, then clear lacquer to protect. This tip was given to me by another forum member, and worked really well for me. One thing to note is it MUST be the red scotchbrite, green is too coarse and the grey gives a polished finish. Hope that helps.

If you get them vapour blasted first they come up really well ,I don’t lacquer them though I just spray them with acf 50
