does any body have the dimensions of the 25/350 lc/ypvs in let rubbers im curious about fitting one to my 125lc so i can shove a bigger carb on there or is there one that fits ??

does any body have the dimensions of the 25/350 lc/ypvs in let rubbers im curious about fitting one to my 125lc so i can shove a bigger carb on there or is there one that fits ?? apperently 250,350lc carb rubbers fit but theres no much point as the standard 125lc carb rubber is perfect for a nice 28mm flatslide,try find one off a tzr250 or kr1s,failing that a 28mm round slide from a rd400 is ment to be a good upgrade.i run a pwk28 from a kris thats been machined out to 29.5mm and the throttle response is far better than standard,only downside is it would be tricky to make a cable up to run auto lube at the correct mixtere,i just run pre-mix

if you want another good mod is fit the complete reed cage,inlet rubber and 32/34 mm carb from a yz125,the barrel will require some engineering on the inlet side and to make the most of it you would have to run crazy ports and a matched expansion chamber but it would be possable to produduce big power for a 125 or 175,the easy route is just to fit a 28mm flat side like i did but mine is only mildly ported,depends how far you want to go,idealy a good pipe is the most important bit

yer tbh i think ill just stick to the 28mm flatty for now as my bike is my transport, and im pretty skint as per, lol but i think it could be a good modification for the future would like to give it a go especially now iv got the bigbore sorted, i can see how it goes next week just resprayed my frame and wheels

haha i had the fueling problem last time iv got an rgv250 tap on now, i think ill start around 260 main jet see how it goes from there i was runnin a 300 with a squish of about 2.4-2.8mm. PJ machined my barrel down for me ( i did ask for a rebour but they just honed it instead ) so my squish is around 1.1-1.2mm so ill see how it goes. cheers for the help twostroker

my pwk 28 runs a standard main (135 i think) and one size down on the pilot jet.
