I have found Fowlers good to deal with on the whole. I used to use Granbys when they were still in business but Fowlers now. They hold so much stock for our bikes and if you order before 4pm you should get next day. Great service😉

Very good postal service, discount for club members, great website which is faster to look at parts and drawings than even looking at local pdf.

Been using Fowlers on and off since the early 90s and mostly its been good. They even had a branch in Swindon for a while when i lived there as they took over Artdeans, which i used to go to for parts before that.
I dropped into Fowlers for an Airfilter when I was in the UK in the summer, had it in my hand 5 mins later. Of course Ive also ordered parts to be sent to Aus and found that they quote sensible post half the time, fast delivery too if you go ahead.

No complaints here, I've spend a couple of grand there easily over the last couple of years and never once had an issue. Order by 2-3pm and it's there first thing the next day.

How do people browse Fowlers parts diagrams for the LC2?
The site only shows me years 82, 85, 86 and 88 for the RD350.
I know the parts start 29L, and some 4L0 parts fit, but is there a specific page set that I'm not seeing?

Back to the orginal post, I must say that the service I've had from Fowlers is also fantastic. As an added bonus, they are about 5 miles from me, so I often order online for collection. When doing so, the parts are usualy there ready for me to collect when they say they are.

Just used the 85 model for bolts and screws for the engine as all the powervalve engines were pretty much the same in that regard

I have on the whole had pretty good service, everything that came by royal mail was ok but the courier they used to use was useless. I waited over 2 weeks before for parts to be delivered, again it was the courier they chose as the issue.
Also when they changed warehouse and the parts system a couple of years back I received loads of random parts that were meant for other people lol which must have cost them a fortune
