Finally got round to putting it together . Completely stripped, vapour blasted cases, all new brgs, rebore, powder coated clutch cover, barrel & head. I have NOS plastic covers to go on and a new 10w carb too ;D. Stating to get a bit of motivation now the weather is warming up. Got to get the wheels and tyres sorted next.

ANDREW, you know the geen x heads make sence mate.... really nice!! i see the original head nuts etc etc and elbow screws...just seems a shame to fit allens on side casing when you have made it look "out of factory!" Hi Gary, Thanks for the comments. If you have seen my 350 you'll realise I don't care much for olive pass ;D. It will be a very similar theme to my 4L0 i.e standard with a little bit of bling. That's the way I like my LC's, just like they were in the 80's . Any of the "mods" I make are reversible so if I ever changed my mind and decided to put an anorak on I can easily alter it LOL.

You have to take all of the bearings out first. I got them to press my new ones back in as well. The powder coating was done by Redditch shotblast and powder coat. Again you have to completely strip the components and e ready for a bit of hand cleaning when they come back. Both these guys are in the West Midlands. Cheers Andrew
