Just back from Daves after a 550 mile round trip, everything was going great Dave did a bit of his jetting magic and this was the result

Fabulous result mate. Got to be happy with that? I have just realised I regularly work just down the road from where he is based.

I think the first run was 65.8 but needed bigger pilots so they went up to 48 from 42, but before we could finish the power valve servo started turning in one direction until the cables stopped it so it looks like my zeel is caput,as we tried another servo and it did the same .This could have caused the holed piston

as said nice looking graph , will be interesting to hear how it feels on the road compared to before It was superb on the road third gear wheelies but with my intermittent power valve it drops 10 hp so a bit flat

What gearing are you running on your bike I'm running the same spec on mine except for the v force reeds and was wondering if the reeds make much difference

Posted my zeel to Slovenia this mourning hopefully a quick turnaround. Standard 4l0 gearing fitted. I think mutts has tested the v force reeds ,when I fitted them it felt more responsive at low revs

What gearing are you running on your bike I'm running the same spec on mine except for the v force reeds and was wondering if the reeds make much difference This is a back to back of the V Force 4 reeds on a standard YPVS motor fitted with microns. Not a massive rise in peak power, but lifts the whole curve and also makes it run smoother. You can really feel the difference in acceleration and overall performance - expensive, but worth it in my view.
