Continuing on from an earlier thread where this subject was discussed I have been in contact with the owners of the new company that now makes the swingarms,
Metmachex Swingarms Ltd, & can confirm that they are willing to make a batch with straight chain pulls. Minimum order is 5 units but the more that are ordered the
cheaper the final purchase price will be, a batch of 5 will work out at £560 each & 10 will be £500 each, normal price is £620, all prices subject to postage. A £50 deposit is required on placement of order.
Hopefully there will be a few people willing to join me with an order. The photo attached is of the TZ350 arm but the chain pulls will be of a similar design. OEB

Damn site cheaper as well surprised mr n hasn’t ordered a bulk with mr Tb Sorry didn't get round to discussung lead times but will see if I can find out. Just to clarify, the above photo is of the TZ350 arm, the LC variety will be similar to the standard arm but with the TZ style chain adjusters. OEB

My TZ swing arm fitted straight in my LC chassis ? I did how ever modify the top for the R6 shock.

Other than looking tasty... is it fair to assume these offer more rigidity with less weight than the stock swingarm? Just wondering what the benefits are.
Turnaround on their website for walk-in custom is listed at 6 weeks.

I know that, wasn’t it him and his dad?
Anyway, if there are new owners maybe his dad has sold the business?
A business name can be bought, and passed around.

The business name can be sold, and I expect the new owners of the name could be completely removed from the old business? Anyway, it’s a lucrative business to be in for the present. I’ve thought before about asking my local ally welder guy to knock up a few ally swingarms. By the sounds of it the money is rolling in in other ways, so I doubt he’d be interested, but he is into bikes, and such a nice chap. Jon

You'd think they would just make them to the wider width (and supply with spacers for the narrower LC wheel) with both types of brake anchor like they used to do.

Well worth it. If you have the coin. Think how much money people spend on engine mods for a few extra ponies. I guess it's all relative.

Yes, I would buy one at that price, but would want a wider rear wheel option and different caliper mount. RGV, GSXR400, TZR Belgarda etc.
