Am I correct in assuming that the brown wires in an LC loom are +ve , but are only 'live' when the ignition is turned on?
I'm wiring in a digital thermometer and just need to be sure before I splice it in.
Cheers wang

Cheers wang Why not check with a multi meter or probe before you fully cut into or splice the particular wire that you are looking at?

Think I'll have to check a few wires, no neutral light, horn or brake light, ffs!

If you drop me a PM with your email address, I can email you a colour wiring diagram for an LC. :-)

i had this issue. fault was where all the black wires join in the loom. peel back around 6" from top and you will find them.
