Hi mate I've had them warp, probably from over-tightening and heat from riding Anyway it did leak I ended up using silicone but left it loose overnight, then nipped it up It's still ok now Matt

hi Nick, i used 3mm viton rubber o ring cord, get it by the meter of ebay, then i fitted it to the outside indent cut it to size then super glued it to make a 118mm ring and then did it again inside of that o ring, so its got 2 o rings one slightly bigger than the other, then for the scews halfords box of assorted rubber o rings and then fibre washers on the outside, hope that helps, thanks all best regards, dave😉

Oh well every one to there own They are purely for entertainment value in biker cafe meets etc .. sit with the engine ticking over and count how many passers-by stop and watch the clutch spinning round, either transfixed by the beauty of it all or trying to figure out why the engine is running backwards ..

Quick oil level check before starting the bike. It is just a gimmick tho.

I think it's very trick. Is there a company that does the conversion or is it easy enough to do myself?

hi Alex, ive just done it myself, but nk racing does it £55, cost me about £15 all in, and not hard at all, a drill and a good curved file, oh and a jig saw and a steady hand for the clear lexen sheet, but norbos just started to do em on his lovely online shop, regards, dave😉

Cheers Dave. Might leave this job to the pros lol. £55 sounds fair enough as it looks kinda tricky!

I really like the look of this mod and have done for sometime, being able to actually see and hear where all the clutch rattles are coming from! - Hmm not for me yet, will need to cure all the clutch rattles first.
