Just another sales angle... Beyond that.. like slotted discs, the sharp edges expose fresh pad material with every rotation. Can't have too many pad shaving edges can we?? Significant if on a race track. Otherwise Not very significant at all.

Unless you have a hybrid/real trick LC, those wavey disks don't look right to me.

I think I will stay round.
The next question is 310 or 320 mm diameter.
The bike is very light. The old R6 front end on my LC is very good with 310mm discs so I Don't know if it's an advantage to have the larger discs.
I could buy some 310 discs and modify the cailipers to fit. This would mean I could use same parts on both bikes or buy the bigger discs that suit the Brembo's

The 320mm would give more swept area than the 310 for not much extra weight...slightly more cooling of the disc too.

The 320mm would give more swept area than the 310 for not much extra weight...slightly more cooling of the disc too. I've also been informed that the gyroscopic effect should be taken into account if it will be used for circuits. Obviously way above my capabilities but if you want to make a good bike this should also be thought about.
So there might be the option of getting some smaller discs.
All food for thought and any other suggestions are also welcome.
