after fitting the cables turn the ignition on and it will fined its place then ajust the cables untill the long bit that sticks up with the small cut out is over the holl at the back . then do the ignition again and see that its still lined up if so do the locking nuts and your done .

To check you have the cables connected right if you look by the pulley of the servo there is marked 1 and 2 where the cables go and on the powervalve cover housing where the cable adjusters go this is also marked 1 and 2.Then as Norbo has said turn on the ignition but don't start the engine and the powervalves will cycle then check you can get a 4mm drill bit through the U part of the pulley into the hole behind the pulley. If not adjust cables accordingly.Turn off and on ignition to double check ( make sure you take out the drill bit first ) and make sure you have a small amount of freeplay in the cables. To make sure the powervalves are not 180 degrees out if you look at the valve joint between the barrels the two screw heads should be uppermost.Hope this helps .Tone.
