hi all after 6 months off working on bike ive got back on it and trying too finish the loom its a lc with a pv engine fitted then i remerbered why i stopped f@@ked off with trying too guest where some of the bits go (cdi etc and where its best too run the wiring .i did get a loom of norbs but i still could do with some ideas of you lads on wheres best. any pics of your bikes would be great as i would love too get the loom finished this year at least!!! thanks pete

everyone has their own ideas on this but mine are as follows cdi - bolted where the original 4l0 rectifier went (bottom of inner muddy) pv control box -behind the fuse box servo- behind headstock f2 reg/rec-bolted under tail piece to frame hope this helps

same as wiggy execpt for cdi which is squeezed inbetween the shocker and frame somehow :-/need to check for deffo were abouts but it's there somewhere ;D.i ain't got the lower mudgaurd were the lc cdi used to fit

which coils are you using ? i have standard airbox in my with standard 4l0 coils

hi wiggy dont know what year rd its off mate but its the white one with 2 bolt holes either end ,i,ve got it bolted threw the btm hole ,which i bet is in the way of the air filter housing , thanks wiggy

hey thanks scott thats a great pic ,cheers mate if you got anymore off ur bike put on mate as its looks great!! i lost interest for a while but got some bits coming off norbs so trying too get started again

hey pete,forgot u was a chippy m8,yeah got some work for now.the persimmon site i'm on has released the 5 stock houses they had roofed in and they are startin the brickies back in the next few weeks to start the 8 pads that have been in since this shit all started

lovely bike you got there scot glad ur sorted for work at the mo ,what we do has been hit hard but people still need houses and extensions two of my mates are buying there fed playing the waiting game

selling would be last resort but other projects need some money throwing at em and at the mo money is abit tight so might av to hold off on the other bikes for abit

dont do it scott.youll regret it.... was that kr1s front end easy to fit? i know i'll regret it if it has gotta go front end was easy m8 but i used rgv250(vj21) yokes as i already had them and they are exatly the same dimentions as the kr1s..vin has done the kr1s front end wiv the kr1s yokes m8

maybe interested scott...to a fellow bike builder that looks after them it's not upto ur standards gaz ;)pic's make it look good aswell . wanna try and hang on to it after all the work that's gone into it but who knw's what will happen wiv work.
