I believe a lot of the modern paint strippers have had all the good bits removed from their ingredients (European laws ) the new Nitromors is meant to be rubbish. So what are you guys using?? Tony

What John said. You can still get some properly nasty stuff but treat it accordingly. And yes, you could have a bath in modern Nitromors Alex

Starchem synstryp for me.
Don’t think my local paint supplier was pulling my leg when he said one ingredient in it was the same as that used as one of the ingredients in Anthrax.
Works really well, but that means following all the safety precautions.

It does eventually dry up, but your talking a few years. It lasts well beyond the quoted 1 year or thereabouts shelf life. Jon

A few suggestions here, but has anyone tried using them to remove gaskets too? I'm talking about baked on base gaskets in particular, as I used to use it many years ago and it softened the gaskets enough to make removal easy. Nowadays, however, you could drink most so-called paint strippers!

Jon Don’t think he pulled your leg for one mo but am curious if he asked you where you get replacement bubbles for spirit levels....
