Had a read of that and I agree with the 'dry'method of applying decals. Put them on wet and you can end up with a load of tiny air bubbles. And most are so small they only show up after lacquering!

Image works now do laminated decal kits for side panels and tail piece. No lacquer required. Tanks should be lacquered though.

Used to always apply wet as allowed for errors but did my last lc2 set dry
Easier to manipulate ( when wet they don't initially stick so stretching is difficult) and less bubbles to sort.
