Hi Guys, anybody got any tips for removing the needle rollers from a RGV Banana swinging arm? the ones on the main bolt look bad but the ones on the recessed pivot look impossible! I managed to remove the rusted spacer from the shock pivot so will be looking for all the pivot bolts etc.

A blind bearing puller with a slide hammer attachment might get them out....
May need penetrating fluid (PlusGas) and/or heat too.

Done this recently. A blind bearing puller is the real tool but as they can be expensive I used a steel anchor bolt. Once you expand the bolt in the needle bearing take a long rod and a heavy hammer and drive it out from the opposite side.
If you have access to a hydraulic press then things get easier and more civil.

Thanks guys, I bought the blinder bearing kit on eBay this morning. Seems a good deal, up to 57mm.
