Anybody tried these yet?
ebay item 302356580891 (for some reason I can't paste the hyperlink into this page)
Was thinking of getting one for the 31K.....
If anybody's had one, do they allow fitment of the belly pan, and are there any other bodges I'm going to have to do in order to make it fit?
Cheers

Worth noting those ones linked are for the Australian market only.

I copied your ebay item number into the ebay search box. I then right clicked on the title of the item, and selected "copy link". Came back here, and right clicked, and selected "paste". I've not bought the Chinese rad for a Ypvs before but I have had a couple of them on my Lc's. They are generally good value, but there is a variance between them quality wise. Some have been known to leak, or need a tweak to fit. But for £50 it's gotta be worth a punt, as most seem fine. I've had one of Norbo's Ypvs ally rads in the past and it was excellent. Best rad I've ever bought (LC) was from Martin at MBD - that is top quality for sure. As with most things in life - you get what you pay for, but a Chinese rad is definitely worth a try Dusty

But how does belly pan fit, as original it fits to rad cover at the front. .....which was my original question. If I can, I'd like one that allows fitment of the belly pan.

Hi Rob Cant answer the bellypan question I'm afraid as my pv didn't have one fitted. You could message the seller and ask? The Aussie market bit in my post relates to the fact that the pic shows the rad upside down !! My sense of humour I'm afraid, and the fact I'm not getting out much at the mo Dusty

Yea, apologies A mixture of boredom and my sense of humour !! Would blame the meds but I'm not taking any Here is a pic of one of Norbos rads fitted, if it helps; DSCN2495 by David Miller, on Flickr The Chinese Lc rads come with the fittings for the rad guard. I cant remember how the Pv guard fits - is it directly to the frame brackets that the rad uses ? Dusty

Hmmm...actually, I quite like the look of that rad....plus if it goes wrong I'll be able to contact Norbo; same probably not possible with man in China!
I take it that's the L rad and not the XL version?

Long time back now, I cant actually remember which one it was I've had a few projects since !! I'm sure Norbo will advise you of the best option. Dusty

Mine was under 50 quid didn't need any fettling to fit, some need a dent in the top to clear the frame, been on a ccouple of years now and no issues.

I fitted one to my last build Fit was not perfect but acceptable. Angle of top pipe slightly off. I fitted a rentec guard which just fitted with a cut out on the top bracket Rentec guard has the front mounts for the belly pan My guard had the sides which was what made it tight www.dropbox.com/s/3ry1o31sfemixv6/20180124_120824.jpg?dl=0Steve

Bought a Chinese one a while back for my hybrid. It was a bit of a balls up to be honest. Top pipe exited the wrong way and hit the expansion tank and the top locating pin was too far Forward so the rad hit the frame before it located at the bottom mounts. they agreed to refund me half the cost and I had the rad sorted locally.
