Bikes will die eventually, either that or the owner's will, after us lot I cant see the next generation having the same enthusiasm for them, natural wastage is the term . Partially agree rigga, but have you seen the amount of young kids heavily into the Beatles? If that's any comparison. Have said it before, best forum on the net bar none.

For help, advice and ideas for my Rd, this is the only place to be, the lads are brilliant, nothing seems to much bother, these bikes are totally unique and this forum will keep them running for many years to come. Cheers Andy

I enjoy the activity level and generally the animosity free atmosphere on here. Can’t find that anywhere else. I think the LC enigma will continue to grow not only because most of us are hopefully heading towards ‘more play less work’ in the next few years ..But also because I think there will be a demographic shift due to emerging interest from the younger Indians, southeast Asians (Malaysians , Japanese ) . The two stroke meets out there are huge and as they increasingly have more disposable income so I see the migration of hardware going in that direction. Not that I frequent, but I noticed a different demographic on FB, so just a matter of time elsewhere.

I have to echo all of the sentiments that have been posted on this thread, it is a brilliant forum.
My only regret is that I only discovered it as I was finishing my LC resto, as it would have been such a great resource during that project.
On the plus side, I still have a F2 resto to start, so I will be hanging around for quite a while yet....😜

Like many of you I use other forums from time to time but I always enjoy spending time on this one. There seems to be a gold mine of information about LC's and always freely given when needed and I am always surprised by the amount of time and effort members put in to help people.
I think all members are grateful for this so apply the same rule themselves, which makes for a good active forum, I must add a thanks to Norbo not only for looking after this forum but also the effort he goes to with parts and the shows he does it is appreciated by all I'm sure.
