Just got my V5 from the dvla for my import 31k lc2 1983 they knocked it back at first because they said I did not have proof of the original date of manufacture although I send them the Original Austrian log book fully government stamped showing the date of first reg in Austria etc, so I then sent that to Paul Dawkins who did me a dating certificate that I send back to the dvla and they sent me a Y reg V5.Good news is I got to keep the original logbook that shows all the old history etc.
When I checked the V5 they have put the model down as a Rd350r even though I didn't so if you have an LC2 what does it say on the log book for model as I am going to send them a letter to get it changed ,they are total tools.
