I've an LC tank with a locked offset petrol cap, but no key. This is an original rare type of cap.
I'd like to use both parts on my restoration but can't un-pick the lock and don't want to drill and damage it. I've tried some lock picks but to no avail, its probably my novice attempt at it.
Is anyone going to be at Stafford Show this weekend with lock pick skills who may be able to open it for me?
Thanks Shaun

bring your lock picks with you, I'll give it a go, had some practice doing it, also, spray loads of easing oil in the lock, it could be seized or tight which would also stop you being unable to pick it, I'll also bring my spare keys

I am putting my blue and black bike on Norbo's stand and also helping a mate out on his stand, the rest of the time I'll just be mulling about meeting people and drinking coffee etc, although looking at my list of people to meet and greet and hand over parts, I think I am going to be bloody busy TBH !
I'll bring the POR15 for you as well
