No.. looks all clean 'n shiny in the photo though. Float valve doesn't have a rubbery tip though.
Buy one that does !

Otherwise steel on brass is better. However I agree just buy from a know good source. Alternatively buy them and report back on here, as you won't be loosing much. Jon
