Got some rad fins to straighten,is there a preferred tool people use ?

Small screwdriver. It's a time consuming job to say the least! Enjoy.

small flat tweezers, you can gently do both sides of the fin and get it nice and straight. I nick mine off the mrs. She don't know that though lol

I used an old hack saw blade, poked through from the good side, im sure I ground it down to the correct size. Then finished off with a small pair of long/needle nose pliers. steven.

Have one too :-) Still... I found a long thin bit of metal to poke thru the rad and serve as a backstop for a small screwdriver to Flatten the fins against.. gives a Better final result. Note that it's a Very slow process that way most of a day even. So you now have a choice: 10 mins or ~ 6 hours :-)
