This really should be Elsie 10+ but as it's my second recent build, I'll call this one 2.
4L1 250 model, I have the V5 and it's a UK frame. 4L1 engine cases (no internals as yet), most of the parts were given to me in return for some bike work I did for a friend, frame, forks, wheels and casings. The budget on this is very very small so everything so far has been cheap. Got the side panels as total wrecks, holes and cracks everywhere but they restored nicely. I also got 2 tail pieces dirt cheap as they were bloody awful, I'll repair and repaint both and sell one on. The wheels have been restored and are in my car as tomorrow they get some tyres! BT 45's, used but still ok. I have bought some new parts, that rad for one but it was cheaper than buying a used one and looks 100% better I think. Headlight is new, as are the clip ons. I will get another top yoke and cut off the handlebar mounts and grind it all flat and then use that instead.
Still not sure where I am heading with this, I want it to be a bit different but how much depends on budget and availability of parts I guess. Anyway, here she is, and my TZR250 too.
Not letting me attach any pics so I'll try again...

I really dislike those photo sharing sites, look what Photobucket did! All mine are just stored in my pc under 'documents'. Is there no way I can copy them from there?

If anyone wants to see this thread it is on the aircooledclub forum. Sorry everyone but I hate photo sharing apps/devices/whatever.

If so I have an LC bottom end I've just stripped, and could be persuaded to part with as the cases are chain damaged, and I'm wondering whether to bother repairing? Jon
