Most fairings snd panels are made from the same stuff lego is, called abs plastic So you cut up lego into small slithers Get some 99% pure acertone just a small amount, mix your lego into the acertone, mash it up till it turns into a paste bit like toothpaste Feed it into your cracks and wipe excess off and leave to dry What it does is fuse the plastic together as if you didnt have any cracks Good as new

I had this dilemma a few months back and was pointed in the direction of the Wurth replast stuff, it turned out to be very good, in fact I was sceptical before using it but it formed a repair that seems as strong as a weld, however it is expensive so being a stereotypical Yorkshire man I found a cheaper alternative, the vendor when asked if it is as good as the Wurth stuff was quite indignant in saying "it's better" I used some of the cheaper stuff and it works as well as the Wurth replast, it is sold by a company called Wayside adhesives who have their own website or are on Ebay,
I have to add that correct use of it is crucial to a good result (as with all bonding)
no connection to Wurth or Wayside

I have shaved a slither off the inside of a fairing where it can't be seen and melted it in to a small crack with a soldering iron perfect match
