fine for the motocross and trials boys but would not be my choice for a road bike due to exhaust pipes, fairing, bellypans all get in the way. Abba stand works a treat and has a few helpful add ons. Different bike buy different adaptors. Have used mine on my 500lc, Firebalde, brother in-laws SP1, Fireblade and CBR600 same stand and generally same adaptors. THey are also really helpful when you ring up. Rich.

As RichB says above, you need to remove exhausts to pop it under the frame rails but I use my scissor lift to rebuild/work on my bike with no problem, never going to be as good as a bench but I dont have the room for a bench anyway.

I bought a hydraulic one from Machine Mart last year to work on my TDR . Its a Clarke CML5 . It was about £130 and has wheels on it . Surprising how often the wheels come in handy . As said above , if you dont have pipes on an LC it would work really well .

I use something similar that is also on my ramp to build my LC but as everyone has pointed out you need to remove the pipes
