Hi lads Took Lc out for spin last night got home notice bit oil running down panels &frame ? Took panel of & it's coming out the top breather so I'm must off overfilled it ? Can you just put some pipe on the end of the nipple ? Run it up under seat Thanks Pete 😊

According to the parts list, there should be a pipe on there anyway shown here section C13 item 10 www.rd350lc.net/RD350LC-4L0-82eng.pdf Looks like that part is unavailable from Yamaha but someone on the forum has probably got a pipe. If you use a normal piece of pipe just make sure it doesn't get kinked any where. The pipe runs down the back of the oil tank and hangs down by the front of the swinging arm as shown here : www.skills.plus.com/4L0/routing/routing1.jpg Hope this helps. Tone

Have you got the plastic insert that pushes into the breather hole and has a spigot outlet at 90 degrees? My overflow pipe connects to this and is a standard piece of clear tubing.

No that's what I missing mate I'll have on the bay The spigot for the breather pipe is moulded into the tank at 90 degrees to the top (it points up), the pipe is specifically shaped to connect to the spigot & travel down the rear of the tank where there is a recess for the pipe to clip into.
