Hi all, what's a good quality 2 stroke oil to use in my 350 lc these days? It has an oil pump not pre mixing. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

lol the debate continues. A lot of us use Motul. The rest use other stuff. Search the forum. Loads of threads on it. Good luck 👍🏼

Most ANY oil is leagues More sophisticated... than the Oils specified when these Bikes were current. Unlikely to find oil anywhere near as low spec (relatively) as what was considered good stuff.. 'back then'. Oil quality isn't of concern.

Agree with bare. Any reputable brand that is specified for two strokes with oil injection will do the job. You have a lot of money invested however and its probably not going to do thousands of miles a year so that will limit oil consumption. So I'd go for a fully synthetic from Motul, Castrol etc.. Most important thing is to keep something in the oil tank!

Used Liqui Moly for a while. All Liqui Moly oils are high quality oils. Not cheap but very good. The synth oil has only little smoke Regards Siggi

If it meets the spec of the oil specified for the bike then its going to work.
Don't buy £20 a litre oil for £5 off the internet, its probably fake.
Don't use premix oil with an auto lube system, it says for Premix only for a reason.
