Hi, I'm reassembling my rear wheel and something doesn't make sense. The collar (8) looks wrong when I follow the manual drawing. Has anyone got some photos to help? I am aware that I may be an idiot and missing the obvious. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks very much, Rich

haven't done a 350 wheel for a while, but think that spacer in your second pic goes the other way round, and the 'fatter' part faces towards the wheel centre. There's just a big spacer and dust cover for the sprocket side that fits against the swingarm, if memory serves me correct.

yes the spacer is inside. all the spacers and bearings need to form one solid tube when fitted, the axle is just there to hold it and allow it to be done up tight. the inner races and the spacers all stay still while the bearings revolve around. Once you get your head around that you can see where spacers need to go to fill voids and make that 'tube'.

Many thanks guys for replying... Having posted the message I then figured it out! Even though I couldn't believe the exploded diagram was wrong (unless I'm looking at it from the wrong side of the garage!). I took a photo of the finished article just to finish the thread. Thanks again for your advice. Cheers Rich
