LC2 Swing Arm pivot movement.

When the swing arm is placed into the frame prior to the pivot bolt being tightened there is side to side play which disappears once the bolt is tightened, is this correct??

Also once the bolt is tightened to the required torque the swing arm is quite stiff to move up and down is the ok??

There are shims underneath the cups on the swing arm spindle end that are used to adjust the free play, you'd need to check the manual to get the spec.
