Give NK racing a call,he will tell you and be able to supply sprocket. My ypvs hybrid with banana arm runs 7mm offset if I remember. He keeps them in stock if you run 17 teeth front(most do).I would have thought braced arm would be the same.Talon will supply rear sprocket,I run 39 I think,it's probably the smallest size you can fit on RGV carrier. With a tuned motor gearing is perfect, cruises at 80mph top speed about 125 mph at 10,500rpm.

Hi I would wait until the engine and rear wheel are in the bike and then measure to get an accurate offset. I've had a few hybrids and they all seem slightly different ! I spose it can be down to how the swingarm was machined to fit, or sloppy tolerances on mass produced parts. If you run a known straight edge - like a long flat piece of ally, across the face of the rear sprocket up to the front sprocket, you will be able to measure the difference and order the correct offset. And don't forget the spacer behind the sprocket is narrower on an Lc than on a Ypvs, so using one or he other may help with adjustment. A large offset may push the outer edge of the chain very close to the frame tubes, so a bit of messing around may save you creating a chainsaw !! Just my experience Dusty

Dusty, sound advise about measuring your own setup.
The chain risking hacksawing the frame is the reason I spread mine LC. However I think this will be no trouble on a YPVS frame, even with a big offset rear sprocket.
That is only half the story though as the offset sprockets on come in a couple of sizes, unless you get a bespoke one. The fine tuning either way is done on the sprocket carrier (usually narrowing it).

Thank you all for helping, since the post I found a set of drawings for the RGV conversion on the 2smoked site, that shows a 7mm offset as well. Just need to buy some more parts again!!!!

Hi My blue Hybrid came with a "P" arm and wheel. Can't remember what the offset front sprocket was but mine was an Lc with Lc engine, so will differ in the sprocket spacer width, thus effecting the offset compared to a valve.
